1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using RemitPH, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the Philippines or another supported jurisdiction to use RemitPH. By using the platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Complete KYC verification as required for certain transaction limits

4. P2P Trading & Escrow

RemitPH facilitates peer-to-peer trades via an escrow system:

  • When a trade is initiated, the seller's crypto is locked in escrow
  • The buyer must send payment within the agreed payment window
  • The seller must release crypto only after confirming payment receipt
  • Disputes may be raised and will be reviewed by our support team
  • RemitPH is not responsible for losses arising from user disputes

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not use RemitPH to:

  • Launder money or engage in any illegal financial activity
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Defraud other users or engage in scam activity
  • Create multiple accounts to manipulate the platform
  • Reverse or dispute legitimate payments (chargeback fraud)
  • Use automated bots or scripts without permission

6. Fees

Trading fees are charged to sellers at the rate specified on our Fees page. Swap fees are charged as a percentage of each swap transaction. Fees are subject to change with notice.

7. Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency trading involves significant risk. The value of cryptocurrencies can fluctuate dramatically. RemitPH does not provide investment advice. You trade at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

RemitPH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits or data.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, or regulatory requirements.
